P.E. Class for homeschoolers can involve much
more than just your average sports. The point of the class is to be active. This
can be accomplished by raking leaves, creating an obstacle course, taking
swimming lessons, going for horseback rides, or riding your bike one mile down
the road and back. If its a rainy day, try seeing how many jumping jacks or
sit-ups you can do. You can even make use of a workout DVD. If you can get
together with other homeschoolers, you can take a nature hike, play tag, or take
a walk on the beach. Pretty much anything goes so long as your body is moving.
